Regular housekeeping services
We provide regular housekeeping services to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene and safety of the various spaces in a facility. Work is carried out at an established frequency, adapted to the purpose and traffic level of each area.
Included interventions
Cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces, counters, tables and furniture
Cleaning and disinfection of door handles, switches, railings and other frequently touched surfaces
Sweeping, vacuuming and washing of floors
Carpet and rug cleaning as needed
Cleaning and disinfection of washrooms, including fixtures, sinks, mirrors and accessories
Restocking of paper, soap and other sanitary product dispensers
Emptying of waste bins and residual material containers
Collection and disposal of recyclables per established procedures
Cleaning of common areas, corridors, entrance halls, stairwells and elevators
Dusting of accessible surfaces and equipment
Cleaning of doors, frames, glass partitions and other surfaces at the planned frequency
Cleaning of administrative spaces, offices and meeting rooms
Upkeep of circulation spaces and high-traffic zones
